There were 14 people at the library this Monday to play cribbage. They had a great time as always, but nobody received the coveted “Score 24” this week.
Beginning Monday November 26th the library will again host our annual Festival of Trees. This year’s theme is “Glowing in the Winter Darkness”. We are inviting anyone, who is willing, to put up a tree or display in the library. Guests will be invited to vote for their favorite tree or display that should receive a prize of Chamber Bucks. The displays have to be up in the library by noon on Saturday November 24th and come down by Saturday December 5th. Please let us know if you plan to bring a display so we can reserve a spot for you!
We also wanted to remind everyone that voting will not take place at this library in Nov. Check with the auditor’s office to see where you are to vote. If you want an absentee ballot all you have to do is call the auditor’s office and they will send one out to you. It must be done by October 27th. Early voting at the auditor’s office is now being done as well.
